When we preform a furnace tune-up we inspect all furnace components and make sure they are working properly. we then inspect the burner assembly and clean off the flame sensor. We check the ignitor and make sure it is in proper working order. The main concern on a furnace is the heat exchanger. Our team takes all the safety precautions on inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks and holes.
